I recently had the pleasure of conducting a technical interview with one of the graduates from Strand College of Hair Design. Not only was the candidate’s professionalism impeccable, but her industry knowledge and technical skills far surpassed my expectations for someone recently licensed. This rock-star professional was completely prepared to enter this industry and move up fast in her career. She performed like a seasoned professional who had been doing it for years. I was blown away and extremely impressed with the quality of education this young professional had received. In my future recruiting efforts, Strand College of Hair Design will be at the top of my list for potential new hires.
