GraduateSienna graduated from the Esthetics program at Strand College of Hair Design in 2021. She is currently working as an Esthetician at Touch Med Spa in North Myrtle Beach. Her specialty is Body Contouring. Sienna states that Strand College provided her with education specializing in treatments that set her up for success.
Favorite Memory: Sienna’s favorite memory at Strand College of Hair Design was taking the Medical Esthetics Certification class. This class showed her exactly what she was meant to do!aimee thompson terhart
GraduateAimee Thompson Terhart is an alumni of Strand College of Hair Design and she is now the owner of Dry and Bubbly Blow Dry Bar! She opened her salon in May 2022 and is excited to be the first of its kind in Myrtle Beach! No cuts, no color, just blowouts! Aimee loves making women feel beautiful and is focused on providing great customer service to all clients that enter her salon.

GraduateMorgan graduated from the Cosmetology Program at Strand College of Hair Design in 2021. She is currently employed by ‘Waxing the City’ on 82nd Parkway in Myrtle Beach.

GraduateMichelle Blythe graduated from Strand College of Hair Design in the Fall of 2011. After school, she started working at Vega Hair Design. Michelle assisted her husband, acclaimed cutter/colorist Gregory, for a year while starting to take her own clients. She enjoys working at Vega Hair Design where she specializes in color and tape in extensions..

GraduateGene Graduated from Strand College of Hair Design in 1998. After graduation, he began working at Vega Hair Design. He is known to many for his talents when it comes to cutting hair. Gene’s experience at Strand College of Hair Design helped shape him into the person he is today.
Favorite Memory: Gene’s Favorite memory at Strand College of Hair Design was when he had the opportunity to travel with Ms. Poole to Columbia to see a state board meeting.ANSLEY WILSON
GraduateAnsley graduated from Strand College of Hair Design in 2017. Currently, she works at Mirage Hair Salon. Ansley felt that Strand College gave her a solid foundation and the tools she needed to be successful after graduation. She is very grateful for all the support she received from her teachers and staff members at Strand.

GraduateMaddie graduated from Strand College of Hair Design in 2018. She now works at Mirage Hair Salon. She absolutely loved her experience here at Strand.. Strand College prepared her for all aspects of the business. She felt confident going into her new position after graduation.
Favorite Memory: Maddie’s favorite memory was our yearly Halloween competition. She had the opportunity to do hair and makeup on our model.MARIE CUSAAC
GraduateMarie has been interested in cosmetology her whole life. It was no surprise when she chose to attend Strand College of Hair Design to follow her dreams. She graduated in 2012. Ms. Causey our cosmetology teacher was a huge encouragement and influence in her life. In fact, they still keep in touch to this day. Marie now works as a stylist at Mirage.
Favorite Memory: Marie’s favorite memory was having the opportunity to give back to the community by cutting hair for our Wounded Warriors foundation.LINDSAY MACEACHERN
GraduateLindsay graduated Strand College at the end of 2016. During her time at Strand College Lindsay was really pleased with all the assistance she had with Ms. Poole especially when it came to color. Lindsay even met her best friend at Strand! Lindsay now works as a Stylist at Ulta at Coastal Grand Mall.
Favorite Memory: Lindsay’s favorite memory at Strand was meeting her two best friends Whitney and Casey.REGINA CAMPBELL
GraduateRegina graduated from Strand College in February 2016. She felt that Strand was a really good school and was excited when she discovered everyone in her class had passed the boards exam. When going into her exam, Regina felt well equipped and prepared. Ms. April Lane helped and inspired Regina when it came to loving and learning more about the industry.
Favorite Memory: When someone put scary designed manikins in the cabinets and students opened the cabinet and got scared.
